Course Description:  In this program you will learn the principles of various automotive systems. Introduction to automotive elecrical systems will be followed with practicing diagnosis and repair.  You will examine a variety of alternative fuels and propulsion systems used in modern automotive vehicles. You will understand the unique dangers surrounding alternative fuels and propulsion systems and how to operate safely and effectively around these vehicles. Basic diagnostic, repair, and maintenance procedures of the unique systems associated with hybrid electric vehicles will be learned and practiced. A Workforce Institute Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm, for 17 consecutive weeks.
